Booking Procedures of SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC
Please read all booking procedures carefully before submitting an inquiry. By booking through SLMTA you agree to the terms outlined below.
Client Responsibility
Client must notify SLMTA of all booking requirements. Clients needing two or more models/talent must provide detailed information regarding what is needed and book within a week.
Clients must notify SLMTA of any disclosures of extraordinary conditions or specific requirements.
Client must notify SLMTA of any involvement in nudity, sexual content, alcohol use, drug use, or any other situation that could make a model/talent or parents of children concerned.
If there should be weather-permitted bookings, SLMTA requires you to list all requirements prior to booking.
It is the responsibility of all clients to provide SLMTA with adequate materials including dressing, dress rehearsals, and performance facilities prior to booking.
SLMTA requires all clients to provide venue information and ensure there is enough staffing for minors, such as security, making the booking responsible for client-to-minor interactions.
Agency Fee
SLMTA applies a 20% Agency Fee for all bookings and bonuses, based on gross billing (in aggregate and total), but not confirmed on Actual Costs such as Fittings, Test Bookings, Wardrobe, Usage Rights, and any other payment due to the model/talent (unless SLMTA and client unanimously waive certain expenses).
