I understand and acknowledge that: (1) participation in this Open Call does not guarantee placement with SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC (SLMTA) or the signing of any contract; (2) any contract discussions will take place in a separate meeting approximately two (2) weeks following the Open Call; (3) SLMTA reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at its sole discretion; (4) I am responsible for the minor's conduct, safety, and transportation to and from the event; (5) photos and information submitted may be reviewed by SLMTA staff for evaluation purposes only and will not be shared publicly without written consent.

Important Notice: Attendance Does Not Guarantee Placement

Attending the SLMTA Open Call does not guarantee automatic placement with SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC, nor does it guarantee the signing of a representation contract.

All applicants who attend the Open Call will be evaluated by SLMTA representatives based on professionalism, presentation, talent, and agency fit. Following the Open Call, selected candidates will be contacted to schedule a separate meeting to discuss potential representation and contract terms. This meeting will take place approximately two (2) weeks after the Open Call.

SLMTA reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at its sole discretion. Not all attendees will be selected for follow-up meetings. Applicants who are not selected will be notified accordingly. SLMTA appreciates every applicant's time and effort and encourages all talent to continue pursuing their goals.
